Delivery

Delivery: what to expect from UK online clinics

Sanara doesn't dispatch anything — the clinic you choose does. This is the standard of delivery to expect from a good regulated UK online clinic: plain packaging, private billing, tracked couriers and cold-chain handling for temperature-sensitive treatments. Exact times and prices are set by each clinic.

Dispatch times

  • Many clinics dispatch the same working day when an order is approved before a mid-afternoon cut-off (often around 3:00pm)
  • Orders approved after 3pm or at weekends dispatch the next working day.
  • Clinics email a notification when your parcel is on its way

Delivery options

ServiceTimeframeFrom
Standard tracked2–3 working days after dispatch£2.99
Express tracked1–2 working days after dispatch£4.99

Indicative only — exact postage is shown at each clinic's checkout. Prescription items require the clinic's prescriber approval before dispatch.

Packaging

  • Plain, unmarked outer packaging — no product names, logos, or condition labels on the box.
  • Medicines are supplied in standard pharmacy packaging inside the outer parcel.
  • Courier labels use a neutral sender name that does not reference the treatment.
  • Most tablet orders fit through a standard UK letterbox where size allows.

Temperature-sensitive weight-loss treatments are packed with cold-chain insulation for tracked delivery. Refrigerate on arrival and follow the patient information leaflet.

Private billing

Good clinics show a neutral descriptor on card and bank statements — never a medicine name, condition, or “pharmacy” wording that reveals what you ordered.

A discreet clinic shows a neutral descriptor on your statement — not a medicine name, condition, or “online pharmacy” wording that reveals what you ordered.

Email & account privacy

  • Good clinics send order emails under a neutral sender name, not a condition or medicine
  • Look for neutral subject lines that don't reveal what you ordered
  • Your clinical and order details stay with the clinic — Sanara never receives them

Alternative delivery addresses

Prefer not to receive parcels at home? Many clinics let you select a local Post Office or parcel-shop collection point at checkout.

You can also use a work address or a friend or family member’s address with their permission — as long as it is a UK address where you can receive the parcel securely.

Coverage & tracking

Most UK online clinics deliver to all UK postcodes including Northern Ireland. Remote areas may take one extra day.

Clinics email tracking links at dispatch. If tracking shows no movement after the expected window, contact the clinic you ordered from directly.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within about 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged (including any treatment that should have stayed cold), contact the clinic you ordered from with your order number. Regulated clinics investigate with the courier and arrange redelivery or replacement where appropriate.
